If you find yourself in Bahadur Garh, specifically around Mahavir Park, you might stumble upon our place. M/S Somany Ceramics Ltd. is located right on Street Number 5, at House Number 22/263. It’s a pretty standard spot in Jhajjar. We deal with tiles and ceramic items all day long. The back area is usually full of boxes stacked up high. Sometimes it’s a bit dusty because of all the ceramic dust, but that’s part of the trade. We have a small crew here. Usually, one of us is checking the inventory while another talks to a customer who’s trying to pick a color for their bathroom or kitchen. The street outside can get a bit crowded with delivery trucks coming and going. We’ve got a couple of display racks where we show the different patterns, though they’re always changing. It’s not a shiny showroom like you see in the big cities. It’s more of a working warehouse and office combined. We drink a lot of chai to keep going during the winter months when it gets cold in Haryana. We just try to make sure every order that leaves here is what the person actually asked for. It takes a bit of time to sort through everything. We don't use any big fancy machines for the paperwork, just an old computer and some ledgers. It’s a quiet life mostly, just focused on the ceramics we handle every day and getting the crates loaded up for the local builders.
