You will often find someone from the family around if you need to talk about an order. We deal with the day-to-day operations of the enterprise right from this location. It is quiet and the air is much better here than in the city. We do not spend money on big advertisements or marketing. People around Dhornipadu just know where we are and they come to us when they need something. It is a very simple and honest way of working. We handle the accounts and all the logistics ourselves. There is no big hierarchy here. If something needs to be done, one of us just goes and does it.
