We are located at 501, Satya Sai Soudha on Street 5 in Ashoknagar. Even though the name mentions Chicago, this is our Hyderabad office right here in the 500 020 zip code area. It is a busy little spot in the city. The building is pretty standard for the neighborhood, and we have been on the fifth floor for a while now. We deal with stones and everything related to that, but the office itself is just where the paperwork happens. You will see samples laying around sometimes, dusty and heavy, but that is part of the job. It is not a sterile environment; it is a working one. The staff here is small, just a few people who know the trade well. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking through orders. Ashoknagar is a good area, though parking can be a real headache if you arrive at the wrong time of day. We usually just grab lunch from the local places nearby and talk about how the business is going. It is a straightforward operation without any big corporate layers. We just want to make sure the orders are right and the customers get what they need. Some days the lift in the building is slow, but we do not mind the stairs too much.
