Kanav Fabcon is located in Suryavamsi Apartments in Secunderabad. We are in flat 201, and G.S. Koteshwar Rao is the one who mostly runs things here. We are in the Nagarjunanagar area, which is a nice part of Taranaka. We do a lot of fabrication and construction work. The office here is where we do all the planning and the billing. It’s not a workshop, so you won't hear any loud banging or welding, just the sound of a few keyboards and the ceiling fan. We have been here for a while and the neighbors don't mind us much since we keep things quiet. We mostly deal with other businesses and contractors. Our desks are covered in project reports and invoices. Sometimes we have a lot of people coming in for meetings, and we have to bring in extra chairs from the kitchen. It’s a bit cramped but we don't really care about having a fancy office. We just want to get the jobs done right. Secunderabad is a good place for us because we know the local market well. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers trying to get the best prices for steel and other materials. It’s hard work and it can be stressful when deadlines are close, but we’ve got a good routine going now. We just take it as it comes and try to stay busy.
