We've been doing this for a while now here in Hyderabad. It’s mostly just us working out of the office on some local houses and some shop interiors. It gets pretty busy sometimes, especially when we have three or four things going at once. We usually start the day with some tea and look over the drawings we made the night before. Sometimes the client wants one thing, but then they see the space and change their mind, so we have to sit back down and redo the whole layout. That happens more often than you’d think. People come to us because we know the city well and we don't try to make things too complicated. We just try to make the rooms look okay and fit what the family needs. Our office is just at the house address listed. It’s not a big fancy place, but we have all our desks and computers set up there. It’s quiet enough to get work done. We handle the architecture side but also do the inside bits like cupboards and where the lights go. It's a lot of back and forth with the builders. Sometimes the measurements on site don't match what we put on the paper, so we have to go down there and fix it. We just keep at it until the keys are handed over. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do every day.
