We are located over in Panduranga Nagar, near Erragadda. It is a bit of a trek if you aren't from this part of Hyderabad, but we have been at this spot, 9-169, for quite some time now. Dealing with building stuff and contracting keeps us pretty busy. We aren't the type to sit around in suits all day. Most of the time, our boots are a bit dusty because we're actually out there looking at things. We’ve seen how much Hyderabad has changed over the years. Buildings going up everywhere, it’s constant. Our place isn't anything special to look at, just a practical office where we keep our tools and papers. Sometimes we lose track of time when we're working on a plan or checking a site. We don't have a team of secretaries or a front desk person. Usually, if you come by, you'll just find one of us drinking water and looking at some drawings. We take things as they come. Construction can be messy and unpredictable, but that is what we do. We know the local rules and the way things get built around here. It's just hard work and being honest about what can be done. If you're near Erragadda, you probably know the area. We’re just part of the neighborhood, doing what we know how to do best without any fuss or fancy talk. Sudhakar Mourya and the rest of us are usually around if you need to talk about a project.
