Mohan Architects Pvt Ltd has its office at Masab Tank in Hyderabad. We are in the N.K Apartments building, specifically room 109. Masab Tank is a major junction, so it’s always lively around here. Our office has been in this building for quite a while now. It’s a functional space where we do all our architectural planning. We have a few desks, some cabinets full of old files, and usually a few rolls of paper leaning against the walls. It’s not the most modern office you’ll ever see, but it works for us. We spend our days drafting and going over site reports. Sometimes we have to run out to see a project in person, and other times we are stuck inside doing the math. We don't use fancy marketing talk. We just focus on the drawings and making sure the builders know what to do. The traffic at Masab Tank can be pretty loud, but you get used to it after a few years. People know us as a local firm that just gets on with things. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in town; we just want to do work that holds up. If you need to find us, N.K Apartments is easy enough to locate. We are on the first floor, and there’s usually someone there from morning until evening. It is a bit of a squeeze when everyone is in, but we make it work.
