Ancon Design Group also has a presence here through the family connection. This is at Kongalaveedu village in the Badvel Mandal. It’s the home of K. Kesavareddy’s son. Being in a village in the Kadapa district is a lot different from being in the city. It is much quieter here than in Hyderabad. We handle things from the village and post office area. It’s a rural setting, so we don't have a fancy office building at all. Most of the work is done from the house. We have our papers and our tools set up in a room that stays cool during the hot afternoons. People in the village know us, and we don't really need to advertise. It is more about word of mouth here. We spend our time working on the designs and then coordinating with the city offices when needed. Life in Badvel is slower, and we take our time to make sure the work is right. We don't use any corporate jargon or have big meetings. Usually, it’s just a conversation over some tea in the courtyard. It’s a humble way to run a design business, but it works for us. We are tied to the land here, and the address reflects that. It is just a simple house in a small village where we do our drafting. We keep the drawings safe from the dust and just keep going day by day. When the mail comes to the post office, we go pick it up and get back to the boards.
