We are located at 7, Bunty, in the Mahalaxmi Layout. This is right on Gokul Road in Hubli. We work as a GSA for Kingfisher Airlines through Spencer's Travel Services Ltd. It’s a lot of words for a name, but the work is mostly about travel and tickets and helping people get where they need to go. Gokul Road is one of the more active parts of Hubli, so there is always a lot of traffic and people moving around outside. The Bunty building is where we spend our days. It’s a functional space. We’ve got our computers and phones, and we’re usually pretty busy with bookings. It isn’t a glamorous job, but it’s important to the people who need to fly. We don’t put on airs here. We just sit at our desks and try to get the details right. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and it gets a bit loud, but we manage. We’ve been part of the Hubli travel scene for a long time. People know they can just drop by Mahalaxmi Layout if they need to talk to someone in person. We’re just a bunch of regular people working in a travel office. No fancy uniforms or big corporate speeches, just honest work every day. We try to be helpful when things get complicated with travel plans, but mostly we just focus on the routine.
