We are located on the 3rd floor of Vernekar Plaza in Deshpande Nagar. Hubli is a nice place to work, though the climb up to the third floor can be a bit much if the elevator is acting up. Our office for Country Vacations, A Div Of Country Club India Ltd., is part of the larger group, but we run things locally here. It’s a lot of phone calls and sitting at desks. We talk to people about taking breaks and going on holidays. It’s funny because we are usually stuck in the office while we talk about resorts. The view from the window is just the busy street below and some other shops. We have some posters on the wall that are a bit faded from the sun. We are a small team and we’ve worked together for years. We know each other's tea preferences and who is likely to be late on a Monday morning. It’s a very straightforward job. We don't use a lot of fancy sales talk. We just explain how the memberships work and what people can get. Deshpande Nagar is a central area, so it’s easy for people to drop by. Sometimes it gets loud with the traffic outside, but we just close the windows. It’s just a regular office life in Hubli, trying to help people plan their time off. We stay until the work is finished. Then we head home and do it all again. It's just a normal Hubli business.
