Bharti Airtel

We’ve been operating this Bharti Airtel spot here on Pandeshwar Road for quite a while now. It’s located right in Rosary House, which most people around Mangalore know if they’re heading towards the main part of town. Praveen Dsouza and the rest of us just try to keep things moving. It gets busy, especially in the mornings when folks are heading to work and realize their phone data isn't working or they need a new SIM card. We aren't some giant fancy office with glass walls everywhere. It's more of a practical place where you come in, tell us what’s wrong with your connection, and we see what we can do to fix it. Sometimes the systems are slow and we have to ask people to wait a bit, but that’s just how it goes. People stop by on their way to other errands. We know a lot of the regulars by name because they’ve been coming to this address for years. It’s not just about the big brand name on the sign outside; it’s about being part of the neighborhood here. We handle the paperwork, sort out the billing issues, and try to make sure nobody leaves frustrated. The building itself has seen better days, but it’s home for us. We just keep the doors open and do the work that needs doing every day. We usually have a bit of local news to share while people wait.
