TOUCHWIN RESORT & INN PRIVATE LIMITED

Touchwin Resort and Inn is located over in the village of Chamrail, near Liluah. Janakraj Singh is the one who looks after the place. It’s a bit away from the main city noise of Howrah, which is nice. We call it a resort, but really it’s a quiet inn where you can get away for a bit. We have some trees and a bit of space around us. It’s not like those luxury places in the magazines. We have regular rooms and regular people working here. Sometimes the grass grows a bit too long before we get to mow it, but it adds to the charm, I guess. We get people staying here who are tired of the city. We offer them a place to sit and breathe. The village life is slow, and we try to match that. We don't have a 24-hour room service with a hundred items on the menu. We have good, simple food that we can make in our kitchen. Most of the staff live nearby in Liluah or Chamrail. We’ve been running this for some time now. We had some leaks in the roof last monsoon, but we got those patched up. It’s a constant effort to keep an old building going. We just try to be friendly and make sure everyone has a blanket and a pillow. It’s a humble spot for a quiet stay. We aren't fancy, but we are real.
