Tnbbi Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Balitikuri on Amta Road. It’s an area that has changed a lot over the years, with more buildings popping up. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but it’s where we spend most of our waking hours. The road outside can get quite muddy when it rains, and the trucks going towards the highway make a lot of noise. Inside, it's mostly the sound of keyboards and the occasional phone ringing. We handle a lot of different things here, and there is usually a pile of files on someone's desk that needs looking at. We aren't a giant corporation with hundreds of people; we are a smaller team just trying to stay on top of the daily business. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually end up during the afternoon slump. We talk about the work and the traffic on Amta Road. It’s a practical way of life for us. We don't use big words or have complicated meetings. We just look at what needs to be done for the day and we do it. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we just have to be patient until it picks up again. It’s just a normal workplace in Balitikuri where we put in our hours and go home to our families at the end of it. We try to keep it simple and get things done.
