Shreya Technologies

So, Shreya Technologies is based out of Garpa, in the Khalpar area of Santragachi. If you know the P.O.Unsani part of Howrah, you probably know the neighborhood. It is a busy place in West Bengal, especially with the 711111 pin code area being so active. We aren't in some big glass tower or anything like that. It’s just a regular workspace where we handle our technology projects. The commute here to Santragachi can be a bit of a crawl in the mornings, but we like it here. There’s a certain pace to life in Howrah that you don't find elsewhere. We spend our days mostly on computers, trying to figure out tech problems and keeping things running for our clients. It is a lot of troubleshooting and coding, really. The office has a very local feel to it. Sometimes the neighbors stop by just to say hello. It gets pretty loud outside during the festival seasons, but we just keep working through it. We’ve got our setup here and it works for what we do. It’s practical and straightforward. No one here wears suits or anything. We just dress for the weather and get on with the tech work. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of the construction nearby, but that’s just part of being in this area. We’ve been here long enough that we feel like a real part of the Khalpar community. It’s home for us, honestly. We just keep the computers running.
