Shree Laxmi Udyog

Down here at 43/4 Netaji Subhas Road in Liluah, things are always moving. We have been running Shree Laxmi Udyog from this location for quite some time now. It’s an old part of the area, and it gets pretty crowded on the street with all the lorries and people. We do a lot of industrial work here. The floor is usually covered in scrap and tools, and there’s always the sound of someone working on something. We don't have a fancy reception area. If you come by, you'll probably see us in our work clothes, covered in a bit of grease or dust. It’s a practical place. We make things, we fix things, and we send them out. The weather gets really hot in the summer, making the shed feel like an oven, but the fans keep us going. We’ve known the other shop owners on this road for ages. We help each other out when someone needs a tool or an extra hand. It’s not a corporate setup at all. It’s just a local workshop where we try to do a decent job every day. The building is a bit old, and the paint is peeling in spots, but the machines work fine. We take things as they come and don't make a big fuss about it. Just regular work for regular people. There is always a pile of material in the corner that we need to sort through tomorrow.
