Samadhan Digi Service

Our little office is located in Bakshi, which is part of the Bagnan area in Howrah. We call it Samadhan Digi Service because we try to solve the digital problems that people in our village face. It’s not a big tech hub or anything like that. It’s just a room with a couple of computers, a printer, and some plastic chairs for people to sit on while they wait. A lot of people come to us when they need to fill out online forms or get some documents scanned. We also help with basic computer repairs if something goes wrong. The internet in Bagnan can be a bit temperamental, so we often find ourselves waiting for the signal to come back. We are right in the middle of the community, so we see the same faces every day. It’s a friendly atmosphere. We don't charge much because we know people here don't have a lot of extra money. It’s more about helping out and making a small living for ourselves. My cousin helps me out during the busy hours in the afternoon. We usually have the radio playing in the background to keep things lively. It’s a simple setup, but it works for us and for the people of Bakshi. We aren't looking to become a big corporation. We just want to keep our doors open and be a reliable place for the local folks.
