Roya Business Systems (India)

Roya Business Systems is located right on Panchanantala Road at number 240. It’s a busy part of town, so there’s always noise from the traffic outside. Our shop is mostly filled with machines, some working and some waiting to be fixed. We’ve got spare parts in drawers and tools sitting out on the counters. It’s not the neatest place, but we know where everything is. Most of the time, we’re busy troubleshooting something or talking to customers about what they need. We’ve been here long enough that most of the locals recognize us. The lighting inside isn't the best, but it works for what we do. We have a small back room where we keep the bigger equipment and extra inventory. It can get a bit cramped when a new shipment arrives. Usually, there’s a couple of us working at the back and one person at the front to handle whoever walks in. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. Some days are slower than others, which gives us time to clean up the benches or catch up on paperwork. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, do the work, and try to help people out with their equipment. It’s a bit dusty and loud sometimes, but it’s our space and we are comfortable with how it runs.
