Rethela Technology Private Limited

Rethela Technology Private Limited is located on Mirpara Road in the Liluah area of Howrah. We are on the 3rd floor, specifically in Flat-301 at building 1/16. It’s a bit of a walk up the stairs, but the view of the street from the third floor is okay. The office is basically a converted flat, so it has a bit of a homey feel to it, which is nice. We have our workspace set up in the different rooms. It’s a practical way to run a technology company without spending too much on a fancy corporate office. We have all the equipment we need to get our work done. Howrah is a busy place, and Mirpara Road has its own life. We hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day long. The team is quite close because we work in a smaller space together. We don't have any formal mission statements on the walls. We just know what we need to do each morning. Sometimes we stay late to finish up a project. We eat our lunch together most days. It’s just a group of people who are good at tech stuff working out of a flat in Liluah. We like the setup because it’s simple and it works for us. We don't need a lot of extra things to be productive and do our jobs well and correctly every single day of the work week.
