Up here in Shalukpara, Naul, things are a bit quieter than the main city parts. Moti Infotech is where we handle all kinds of computer and tech things. We are located right in Shalukpara, Shyampur area. Most people around here know us because it’s a small community. We do repairs, software work, and help people get their machines running again. Sometimes it’s a slow laptop, other times someone needs help with a printer. We have a small shop space with parts scattered around. It’s not very organized to look at, but we know where everything is. Howrah is a big district and we work in this specific corner of it. It’s a local operation. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who know our way around a motherboard. Most of our day is spent looking at screens or fixing hardware issues. People stop by on their way home to drop off their gadgets. We try to get things done as fast as the parts arrive. Sometimes we have to wait for a delivery from the city. It’s a steady kind of life. We like being in this part of Naul. It feels like we are helping our neighbors keep their tech working. There is always something new to learn because technology changes so fast. We just take it day by day and fix what comes through the door. It keeps us going for the next day.
