Lemon - Arrow Hotels Private Limited

We’re located at 87, Bhairab Dutta Lane in Nandi Bagan. It’s right near P.S Golabari and P.O. Salkia in Howrah, Howrah-711106. Lemon - Arrow Hotels Private Limited is what we call ourselves, but to the locals, we’re just the folks in the building on the corner. The lane can get pretty narrow and crowded, especially when the delivery trucks come through. Our office is a bit old-fashioned. We have these big windows that let in a lot of dust from the street, but the breeze is nice sometimes. Managing hotels from here involves a lot of phone calls. The reception area is just a couple of chairs and a table with some old magazines. We don't have a receptionist; whoever is closest to the door just answers it. It’s a bit chaotic during the busy season. We’ve got files stacked up in the corners because we haven't got around to buying new cabinets yet. The tea guy comes by every morning and afternoon, which is the highlight of the day for most of us. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Howrah. We just want to do right by the people we work with. It’s a lot of small details and making sure things aren't falling apart at the properties. It’s hard work, but we’ve been doing it for a while and we know the ropes. We usually have a bit of a laugh even when things are stressful.
