It Enterprise

Our place is at 71/1 on Shrinath Porel Lane in the Howrah district. It is one of those narrow lanes where everyone knows everyone else. Being an IT enterprise in a place like this is interesting. We have computers and cables running all over the room, and it can get quite cramped when we have a lot of work piled up. The humidity in Howrah is always a factor, so we try to keep the fans going as much as we can. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and trying to figure out why things aren't working right. It’s not a polished showroom; it’s more of a workshop where we actually get our hands dirty with hardware. Sometimes the rain makes the lane a bit difficult to navigate, but we are always here. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting area. You just walk in off the street and find us sitting there with our tools. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while, and we like being part of the local mix of shops and houses. It’s a plain way of doing business, but it works for us. We handle whatever tech issues come through the door, from slow laptops to networking problems, without making a big deal out of it. Most of our customers are just local people or small shops nearby who need their systems running.
