Our office is over in Ramchandrapur, in the Nathpara area of Sankrail, Howrah. It’s a bit of a trek from the main city, which makes it a lot quieter than you might expect. We deal with a lot of back-end processing work, which means a lot of hours spent staring at data and checking spreadsheets. The building is basic, nothing fancy about the walls or the floors. We have a small area where we eat our lunch, usually bringing food from home. The local area has a lot of small houses and narrow lanes, so it’s easy to get lost if you don't live here. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to get through our daily lists without making mistakes. Sometimes the air gets a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, but we keep the windows shut when it’s bad. We have a few computers that have been with us for years, and they still work fine for what we do. The team is small, and we all know each other’s habits. It’s a steady job in a quiet part of Howrah, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the place. We don't have a big sign out front, just a small one so people know they’ve found the right spot. It’s just simple, honest work every day for the people here.
