Tanti Para Lane is one of those places where everyone seems to know each other. Our office is in an old building that has a lot of character. The stairs are a bit steep and they creak when you walk up. Inside, we’ve got our systems set up and we spend our days working through whatever comes our way. It’s not a corporate headquarters with a lobby. It’s more like a workshop where we get things done. There’s a ceiling fan that makes a bit of a clicking noise, but we’re used to it. Sometimes the rain in Howrah is so heavy you can’t hear yourself think, but it’s nice when it cools things down. We have some old filing cabinets that are overflowing with paper. We keep meaning to organize them but never quite get around to it. It’s just us here, doing our thing day after day. We don't have any big brochures or marketing people. If someone needs us, they usually just walk in or call. It’s an honest way to run a business.
