Ganpati Spade Works

We are located over at No. 135/40 Girish Ghosh Road Belur. Ganpati Spade Works has been our main thing for quite some time now. It’s a pretty straightforward place, mostly just the sounds of metal and people working. We don't have a big reception area or anyone wearing suits here. The focus here is more on the actual work on the floor. Most of the day is spent handling tools and making sure the spade work gets done right. The road outside can get pretty loud with all the traffic, and sometimes it's hard to hear the phone ringing over the machinery. We have a small group of workers who have been here forever, and they just get on with it without needing much direction. There’s always dust in the air and the smell of grease, which is just part of the job. We don’t really do fancy meetings or planning sessions, we just see what needs to be made and we make it. Sometimes we run out of space for all the supplies, so things get a bit cramped in the corners. Things get a bit messy, to be honest, but that’s how a real workshop looks when people are actually busy. We keep our doors open for the breeze, though it doesn’t help much in the summer heat. You’ll mostly find us working hard on Girish Ghosh Road, trying to get through the orders every week. Nothing too complicated about it.
