Sustaingrow Agritech Private Limited is based in Howrah at L.P 15/7, Block-A, Flat- 113212 on Shibpur Road. It is a residential kind of area, and our office is tucked away in one of those big apartment buildings. We deal with agritech stuff, trying to mix modern ideas with traditional farming, but we do it from this regular flat in 711102. The road outside can get pretty jammed with trucks and rickshaws, especially during the middle of the day. Inside, it is much quieter. We have a few computers and a lot of notebooks scattered around. It is not a shiny corporate office with matching furniture. We just use what we have to get the job done. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we know the neighborhood pretty well. We spend our time looking at data and trying to figure out better ways for farmers to grow things. It is a lot of trial and error. Sometimes the lift in the building doesn't work, so we have to walk up, which is good exercise I guess. We aren't doing anything flashy. We just want to help make farming a bit more stable using the tools we have. We drink a lot of tea while we argue about the best ways to move forward. It is just a small team of us in Howrah working together on something we find useful.
