Galaxy Computer

Galaxy Computer is located at 99, G T Road in Howrah. We are right across the street from the District Hospital. It’s a very busy part of the city, so there’s always something going on outside our door. We’ve been here for quite some time now. Our shop is filled with cables, monitors, and old parts. It’s a bit of a mess, but I know where everything is. People come to us when their computers aren't working right or when they need a new part. We aren't a big showroom with bright lights and fancy displays. It’s more of a workshop. I spend most of my time with a screwdriver in my hand, trying to fix things. Sometimes a repair takes longer than expected, and I have to ask people to come back the next day. I try to be fair with my prices. Dealing with technology can be frustrating for people, so I try to explain what went wrong without using too many technical words. The noise from G T Road is constant, but you get used to it after a while. We don’t have a website or an app. People just walk in with their laptops. I’ve known many of my customers for years. They trust me to get their machines running again. It’s a straightforward business. We just fix what’s broken and move on to the next job.
