We are based out of the GIP Colony area in Howrah, specifically near Santragachi Station Road. Our office is part of the SK Chowdhury premises. It is a location that has a lot of history and character. We have been here for a good while, helping people with various information technology needs. Being close to the station means there is always a lot of movement and noise, but we have grown used to it. The space inside is quite simple. We have our desks, some old files, and all the computer equipment we need. It is not a high-rise office building with glass walls. It feels more like a part of the neighborhood. We handle a lot of technical stuff, from software to basic hardware help. We do not have a big marketing budget or a team of people in suits. It is just us, working on whatever projects come through the door. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the road outside a bit difficult, but we still show up and do the work. We like the fact that we are accessible to local folks and businesses who do not want to deal with a massive, faceless corporation. We just provide practical IT assistance without any of the unnecessary complications. It is a small operation, but we take care of the people who come to us. We do not see the need for modern, minimalist furniture when our old desks work fine.
