Our office is at the Webel IT Park in Ankurhati, which is over in the Howrah area. We are in Module 103. It is a bit of a journey for some of our staff to get here, but the facility is pretty good for what we need. Since we are inside an IT park, the whole environment is very focused on technology. We have other companies as neighbors who are doing similar things, so you often hear tech talk in the corridors. Our office space is not huge. It is mostly just enough room for our servers, computers, and a place to sit and think. We spend our time on software and various technical tasks. It is the type of work where you look at the clock and realize half the day has already gone by. We do not care much for corporate dress codes or strict rules. Most of us just wear whatever is comfortable for sitting in a chair all day. Howrah has a different feel than the center of Kolkata, and we kind of like that it is a bit more grounded. When we are not working, we are usually grabbing a tea from the stall nearby. It is a straightforward setup. We take on a project, work through the problems, and try to get it right. There is no secret to it, just putting in the effort every day.
