If you come down Hoshiarpur Road, you’ll find us at Agribiz India Agro Commodities Private Limited. We share the space with Vinod Kumar, so just look for that name on the gate if you get lost. It’s a busy road, and we get a lot of trucks passing by at all hours. We deal with commodities, which basically means a lot of weighing, bagging, and moving heavy stuff around. It’s hard work and the warehouse gets really hot during the summer months, but we’ve got a good crew of guys here. Most of us have been working together for years and we know how to get the job done. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India. We just want to make sure the people who buy from us get what they need without any big fuss or delays. Sometimes the shipments are late because of the traffic or the weather, and we have to stay late into the night to get them sorted out. We don't have a fancy website or a PR team. We just answer the phone ourselves and talk to people directly. It’s easier that way and prevents a lot of confusion. Sometimes we sit out front in the evening when the traffic finally dies down and just talk about our families. It’s a regular job with regular problems. We do our best to stay organized, even if the desk is a mess with old ledgers and scattered receipts.
