Threedg Hotels and Resorts is based out of Kapsit More in Arambagh. Pranaykanti De is the person in charge of things here. We are in a part of Hooghly that’s a bit of a crossroads. People are always passing through. We aren't trying to be a fancy resort with a golf course. We’re just a local business trying to provide a decent place for people to rest. The office is pretty simple. We spend most of our time checking on rooms and making sure the staff has what they need. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow out here, so we do things the old-fashioned way with notebooks. It’s a private company, but it feels like a family thing. We’ve got local folks working with us who know the area well. If you need to know where the best tea is or which road is flooded, we can usually tell you. We don't have a big marketing budget. We just rely on being here when people need us. The building at Kapsit More is easy to find if you’re looking. We keep the place tidy, but it has that lived-in feel. It’s not shiny and new, but it’s sturdy. We just want to do our job well and make sure the business stays afloat. Every day is a bit different, but that’s the hotel life for you. We just try to keep things moving forward without any unnecessary fuss.
