We've been over here at 45 C.S.Mukherjee Street for a while now. Konnagar is a quiet enough place most days, but the hotel business keeps us on our toes. Hooghly has its own pace, and we just try to keep up with it. The building itself has seen a lot of people come and go. Every morning starts about the same way, checking the rooms and making sure the staff knows what’s happening for the day. It’s not a fancy corporate setup where everything is scripted. We just talk to people like they are neighbors. Sometimes the phones ring too much and sometimes it's really still. Dealing with the Pin-712235 area means we see a lot of locals and some folks just passing through West Bengal. We don’t really do big speeches about what we do. It’s mostly just cleaning, fixing things that break, and making sure the doors are locked at night. The street outside can get a bit crowded when the local market is active, but that’s just how it is here. Most of us have lived around here for years, so we know the shortcuts and the best places to get tea nearby. We don’t have a big marketing team writing things for us. It’s just us working out of this office. We’ve had some rainy seasons where the roof needed work, and we just got on with it. That’s really the whole story of Sinclairs here.
