You can find us at the Municipal Bus Stand Market Complex, right at stall number 240 in Tarakeswar. Pinaki Adak is the main person here. This isn't a university with a big campus. We are right in the middle of the noise and the buses and the market people. It’s a practical place to learn hotel management. We think if you can learn to handle a hospitality job in a busy place like this, you can do it anywhere. We have some equipment and some books, but mostly we talk about real-life situations. Like how to talk to a guest who is grumpy or how to fix a table setting fast. The foundation was set up to give local kids a chance at a technical job. We don't have air conditioning in every corner, and the market can get quite hot in the summer. But the students who come here are hard workers. They know what it’s like to put in a shift. We teach them the basics of the kitchen, the front desk, and cleaning. It’s honest work. We’ve seen many students go off to work in bigger cities after spending time here in our small stall. It makes us feel like we’re doing something useful for the community. We don't do much advertising. People just see our sign when they get off the bus and come in to ask questions. It’s a small space, but we do a lot there.
