Swami Niswambalananda Girls' College

We've been here in Uttarpara for quite a while now. You can find us right on B.P.M.B Sarani. It’s a busy spot near the Bhadrakali post office in Hooghly. Our college is for girls who live around this part of West Bengal. Usually, people just walk in or take a rickshaw to get here. The building looks like most others on this street, but it's where the students spend their days. We have classrooms and a small library. It gets pretty loud during the breaks when everyone is out in the hallways chatting. The staff here mostly lives nearby too. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit messy, but that's just part of life in Bhadrakali. We don't have fancy gates or anything. Just a regular place for local girls to get their degrees. Most of the girls come from families in the neighborhood. They study for their exams and hang out in the common areas between classes. It's not a huge campus, but it does the job. Teachers keep busy with paperwork and lectures. We try to keep things organized, though it can get a bit chaotic when admissions are happening.
