Our office is located at Ashok Das’s place over in North Rajya Dharpur, Champsara. Serampur Uttarpara Agro Producer Company Limited is a group we put together to help manage the agricultural work in this area. It's a very local thing. We aren't sitting in some high-rise building; we're right here in the neighborhood where the work actually happens. The address might seem a bit specific with the Khotian and J.L. numbers, but that's just how things are recorded here. We spend most of our time talking to the local growers and trying to figure out how to get the best out of the season. Sometimes the rain is too much, or it doesn't come at all, and that's usually what we're discussing over there at the office. It’s a simple setup with just the basics—a few chairs, a table, and our records. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment or a big budget for advertising. Most of our members are just regular people from around Serampur and Uttarpara who want to make the farming business work a bit better. We handle the collection of crops and see where they need to go next. It’s a lot of back-and-forth and manual labor at times. We don't make big claims about being the best or anything like that. We just try to be useful to the people we work with and keep the operation going day by day without making things too complicated.
