Fibreglass Moulders And Fabricators

We are over here in Dankuni, specifically in the Basai area of Kanaipur. Most days it is just us working with sheets of glass and buckets of resin. It gets pretty sticky and the smell of the chemicals stays on your clothes even after you go home. We have been in this spot for a while now. The workshop floor is usually covered in dust and small scraps that we have to sweep up every evening. It is not a fancy place by any means. Just some old fans spinning to keep the air moving while we layer the mats and brush on the liquid stuff. Sometimes the weather makes the resin dry too fast and other times it takes forever to set. We just deal with it as it comes. People around Kanaipur know where we are because of the stacks of moulds sitting out back. It is hard work and your hands get itchy from the glass fibres if you are not careful. We just keep our heads down and get the pieces shaped right on the benches. There is always noise from the power tools and someone shouting over the sound of the grinder. It is what we do day in and day out here. Nothing special to look at but we are always busy with something. The rain sometimes leaks through a bit near the door but we just move the stuff back and keep going. That is just how it is in Basai.
