Salon One Hair & Beauty

We are over here at Kuber Complex in Gwalior. Most people know the Swami Vivekanand Chauraha, so we are easy to find. It’s a hair and beauty shop, but we don't treat it like some high-end place. It’s just us. My brother and I started this because we knew how to cut hair and people needed it. Thatipur is a busy area, lots of folks walking by every day. Some days the fans just push the hot air around, but we keep going. We have the usual chairs and mirrors. Sometimes the tea guy from around the corner brings us a glass while we wait for the next person. We don't have a big fancy sign or anything. Just the name Salon One. It gets a bit crowded on Saturdays, especially before weddings or festivals. We try to keep the floor clean, but hair gets everywhere. That is just how it is. People from around the neighborhood come by, sometimes just to chat for a bit. We know most of the regulars by name now. It has been a few years since we set up shop near the chauraha. Gwalior is a good place to be. We just do the work, whether it is a simple trim or something more. It's just a local shop. We don't spend money on ads. Word of mouth works fine for us here. We keep the shop open late most days to accommodate everyone.
