Pari Food Zone & Restaurant

Pari Food Zone & Restaurant is on MLB Road in the Phool Bagh area of Gwalior. We are situated right in front of Manas Bhawan and very close to the HP petrol pump. It’s a central spot, so we see a lot of people coming and going. We started this place because we wanted to have a small business in our own neighborhood. The interior is simple, with some chairs we bought when we first opened. It isn't very large, so it can get crowded during the dinner rush. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. It's just us and a couple of helpers in the kitchen. We spend a lot of time preparing the masalas by hand because that's how we were taught. The smell of frying onions and spices usually fills the whole street near the petrol pump. Sometimes the sink gets clogged or a light bulb flickers, and we have to fix it ourselves while serving customers. We just serve standard meals—thalis, some snacks, and cold drinks. It’s the kind of food we eat at home. We try to keep things moving so nobody has to wait too long. We’ve seen many businesses come and go around Phool Bagh, but we’re still here, opening up every day at the same time. It's just our daily life on MLB Road. We don't put much stock in fancy decorations. We just focus on getting the cooking right and keeping the stove clean. If you are passing through Phool Bagh and need a bite, we are right here.
