Dils Chawla Chicken

Dils Chawla Chicken is located in Gwalior at the Centre Point Complex. We have shops 1 and 2 right on MLB Road. It’s a busy area near Phool Bagh, so there are always people moving around outside. Our place is pretty straightforward. We don't have fancy decorations or expensive lighting. It’s just a functional chicken shop where we spend most of our time in the kitchen. We started this in Gwalior City because we saw people wanted a quick place to get good food. The complex has other shops too, but we’ve been here long enough that people know where to find us. Sometimes the parking outside is a real mess, especially in the evenings, but people still manage to come in. The staff is just a couple of local guys who know the recipes by heart. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just cook chicken and serve it. The tables are basic and the service is fast because we know people are usually in a hurry. We don't have any big corporate goals. We just want to make sure the food is ready when you’re hungry. It’s a bit noisy and the kitchen is always loud, but that’s the way we like it.
