Ifs Solutions Pvt Ltd is located in Flat 302 of Abhiyank Estate. If you know Gwalior, you know University Road can get quite busy during the day. Our office is up on the third floor. It’s a standard residential building converted for work use, so it has that lived-in feel to it. The elevator can be a bit temperamental sometimes, so we often just take the stairs to be safe. Being near the university means there are always students around and plenty of places to grab a quick snack or a tea. Inside the flat, we’ve set up some desks and a small area for talking things over. It’s not a huge place, but it fits our team just fine. We have a small kitchen area where someone is always making chai. The view from the balcony looks out over the street, which is good for people-watching when we need a short break from the screens. We handle our day-to-day operations from here. Gwalior has its own charm, and being on University Road puts us right in the middle of things. We don't have a big reception area or a lot of decorations on the walls. Most of the walls are just plain, maybe a few calendars or old notes pinned up. It’s a functional space. We come in early, work through the list of tasks, and try to keep things moving. It’s just how we operate. Nothing too complicated, just us working in a flat.
