Anil Bhalla operates out of A/7 on the 2nd Floor of Sai Apartment. You’ll find us in Jayendraganj, Gwalior, 474001. It’s a quiet enough spot once you get inside the building. We’ve been here for a while, and the office is set up for practical work. It’s not one of those modern spaces with glass walls; it’s just a normal room with desks and the things we need to do our jobs. We don't spend money on big ads or marketing. Instead, we just focus on the people who come to see us. Being in Sai Apartment is convenient because it’s a known building in the Jayendraganj area. Most of the day is spent handling files and talking to people who drop in. It’s a small operation, which means we handle things personally. There’s no corporate hierarchy here. We just do the work as it comes. Gwalior is a city where word travels fast, so we try to just be consistent. Sometimes the power goes out or the street gets blocked, but we just work around it like everyone else in the city. It’s a very human way of doing business. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the most famous. We just want to be reliable and keep our corner of the 2nd floor running smoothly for whoever needs our help. It suits us.
