Our office is Shop No-C-17 inside Ganpati Plaza over in Phool Bagh. It’s a decent little shop for what we do at Contourpoint India Pvt. Ltd. Being in a plaza means there's always something going on around us, which we like. We’ve been operating from this location for a while now, focusing on the technical services we provide. It’s not a huge space, so things can get a bit tight when we have a lot of equipment or files laying around. We aren't the type to have a big flashy reception area. Instead, you'll see desks, computers, and people actually working. We deal with a lot of different clients, and every job seems to have its own set of problems to solve. That’s just the nature of the business, though. We try to be practical about things and don't use a lot of jargon when we’re talking to people. If something is going to be difficult, we just say it. There’s no point in sugarcoating things. Most of the people who come to us are looking for real solutions, not a sales pitch. We like being part of the Phool Bagh community and seeing the other shop owners every day. It feels like a real neighborhood business even though we have a more technical focus than the clothing or food shops nearby. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards know us by name and the tea man knows our order.
