Our office, Erp Business Solutions, is at A 2 Aravali in Suri Nagar. We are right on Mall Road in the Morar area of Gwalior. Being on Mall Road means there is always a lot of activity outside our windows. You can hear the rickshaws and the people all day long. The Aravali building is a well-known spot, so people don’t usually have trouble finding us. We have a decent amount of space inside, though it’s filled up with computers and desks. Gwalior can get really hot in the summer, so we spend a lot of time making sure the fans and the cooling are working right. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group that works together on business systems. Most of us have been working here for years, so the atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We don't wear suits or anything like that unless there is a very specific reason. Most days it’s just jeans and shirts. We have a small corner where we keep a kettle and some biscuits for when we need a break. It’s a practical working environment. We don't spend money on fancy decorations; we just keep things clean and functional. It works for us and the people we help. Morar is a good place to be based because everything we need is close by, from stationery shops to places where we can grab some lunch.
