Esoft World

We are based in the Business Tower over at Chhatari Bazar in Lashkar. Gwalior is where we’ve always been. The office is usually pretty quiet, mostly just the sound of typing and the occasional tea break. We work on software and various computer-related tasks. It’s not the kind of place with a big sign outside or a lobby. We just have our room where we sit with our screens and try to figure out coding problems or data stuff. Sometimes the power goes out or the heat gets a bit much, but that’s just part of working here. We aren't some huge tech giant. We’re just a small group of people who know our way around a computer. Most of our work comes from local businesses who need something fixed or built for their own offices. We spend a lot of time on the phone explaining how things work to people who aren't very tech-savvy. It’s a lot of patience and repeat work. Chhatari Bazar is a lively area, so it’s nice to step out for lunch and get some fresh air away from the monitors. We’ve been here long enough that the other shopkeepers know us. We just keep our heads down and get the work done, one project at a time. It’s a lot of staring at blue light, but we are used to it by now. We just try to make things work for our clients.
