Sanju Films

Sanju Films is just a small place located at House No 3 on R G Barua Road here in Guwahati. We have been working out of this spot on Zoo Road for a while now, and it is usually quite busy with all the traffic passing by outside. Most days you will find us sitting around the office near Sundarpur Zoo Road, checking through footage or cleaning off the camera lenses after a long day out in the humidity. The building isn't anything fancy, just a regular house turned into a workspace where we keep all our tripods and lights stacked up in the corner. Sometimes the rain in Guwahati gets so loud on the roof that we have to stop whatever we are doing and just wait it out with a cup of tea. People from around the neighborhood stop in sometimes to ask questions or just to see what we are filming next. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of gear spread out on the floor, but we manage to get things done. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that, just a few of us who know how to handle a camera and like being around the Zoo Road area. It is a decent spot to work from since everything we need is right here on R G Barua Road, and we’ve gotten used to the noise of the city.
