Blue Cheese Production

You can find our studio at 96 Barathakur Mill Road over in the Ulubari area of Guwahati. We are quite close to the KFC there, which is how most people find us. Blue Cheese Production is a small team and we work on all kinds of media projects. Our space is filled with cables, cameras, and some old furniture we’ve picked up over the years. It’s not the neatest place, but it’s where we get all the editing and planning done. We spend a lot of time drinking tea and talking about how to shoot certain scenes. Guwahati has a lot of creative energy right now, and we just wanted to be a part of that. We do some video work, some photography, and whatever else comes our way that needs a creative eye. We don't have a fancy receptionist or a lobby. Usually, you’ll just find one of us hunched over a computer screen or packing gear for a shoot. Sometimes we work through the night to meet a deadline, and the local street noise starts to quiet down. We like the vibe of Ulubari because it feels connected to the rest of the city. The walls are a bit scuffed from moving tripods around, and the carpet has seen better days. We have a small corner where we keep a kettle for making coffee when we are working on a long edit. It’s not a fancy studio you see in the movies, but it is our home.
