Zcc-T&B Jv Infrastructure Privatelimited is based out of W-139 on the second floor of Uppal Southend in Sector-49. It is a joint venture, which basically means we combined two teams to take on bigger infrastructure projects. The office is usually pretty busy with people coming and going from different sites. We do not have a lot of time for fancy decorations or making the place look like a showroom. It is a functional space where we handle the logistics of moving heavy equipment and managing crews. Sector-49 is a good spot for us because it is easy to get to different parts of the area from here. We do a lot of the heavy lifting when it comes to infrastructure work. It is the kind of job where you are always checking the weather and worrying about deadlines. We do not talk like those big corporate types. We are more likely to be found wearing vests and boots than suits. Our focus is really just on the physical work. We deal with a lot of regulations and site requirements, which can be a headache, but it is part of the trade. We have been at this for a while and we have a solid routine down now. We just want to do the work, get the projects finished, and move on. It is practical work for practical people, and we are happy to be doing it from our second-floor office.
