Vatika Ltd

Vatika Ltd is based out of House No. 63 here in Gurgaon. It’s a regular house, nothing too fancy on the outside, but it’s where we get everything done. We’ve been in this part of Haryana for a long time. I remember when Gurgaon was mostly fields and a few dusty roads. Now it’s all tall buildings and traffic. We work on a lot of different projects, mostly stuff to do with buildings and land. It’s not always glamorous. Most days are spent looking at maps or talking to contractors who are running late. My desk is usually covered in blueprints and half-empty coffee mugs. We aren’t one of those massive companies with a glass skyscraper. We like it this way. It feels more personal. When someone calls, they usually talk to me or my neighbor who helps out with the admin. We know the local area like the back of our hands. We know which roads flood when it rains and where to get the best snacks in the afternoon. Our goal is just to keep building things that people can actually use. We don’t have any big speeches about the future. We just focus on the job we have today. Sometimes we make mistakes, but we always try to set them right. It’s just how we were raised. Being at House No. 63 makes us feel like part of the neighborhood, and that’s important to us. We might not be the biggest name out there, but we’re here every morning.
