We spend a lot of time here at the office in Sector-10A. It's right in the middle of Gurgaon. Usually, things are pretty busy around 830-P. We handle all kinds of housing stuff here. People come in and out all day asking about properties or paperwork. It’s a typical office environment where we just try to get through the files. Traffic outside is a total mess sometimes. That’s just Gurgaon. We’ve been at this address for a while now. Most people around here know us as DLF Home Developers Ltd. We aren't trying to do anything fancy, just managing the developments and making sure the buildings are moving along. It gets noisy with all the construction talk, but we manage. You’ll find us easily enough if you know Sector-10A well. We have some desks, a few computers, and a lot of blueprints lying around. It feels like a real workplace because it is. No fancy lobbies. We just work on the next project. Haryana has a lot of growth, and being in Gurgaon 122001 keeps us right in the thick of it. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily tasks that come with home developing. It's a lot of phone calls and checking on site progress. We drink a lot of tea while sorting out the legal papers for the various plots. It’s just how it goes in this business. We don't really have a lot of time for fluff. We just focus on the bricks and mortar side of things. It's our daily grind.
