You can find us at B - 74 in Jal Vayu Vihar, which is part of Sector 30 in Gurgaon. This Dlf office isn't one of those massive glass buildings you see in the newer parts of the city. Instead, we are right here in a more settled area. We spend our days looking at maps, property papers, and talking to people about where they want to live or work. The office is usually full of maps rolled up in corners and stacks of documents on every desk. Sector 30 is a nice spot, it feels a bit more like a community than the busy commercial hubs. We have a small team here, and we all know each other's coffee orders by now. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it is completely silent for an hour. We don't really have a formal dress code unless there is a big meeting, so you’ll usually see us in casual clothes just trying to stay comfortable. Dealing with property in Gurgaon means things are always moving fast, and there is always some new construction happening somewhere. We just keep track of everything from our desks here. It is a simple setup, but it works for us. We’ve been in Jal Vayu Vihar for a long time and we like being part of this neighborhood. It’s a practical place to be and we just get on with the day’s tasks as they come without making a big deal of it.
