Landbase India Ltd. is based out of Gurgaon. You can find our office at 1250/5 in Patel Nagar. We are part of the ITC group, actually 100% owned by them, which is something people usually ask about. Being in Gurgaon means we are right in the middle of all the growth happening here. The 122001 area has changed a lot since we first started. Our office isn't anything too flashy, just a regular workplace where we handle land and property matters. It gets quite noisy outside with the traffic and construction that’s always going on in Patel Nagar. We spend most of our days looking at maps and dealing with the usual paperwork that comes with land. There’s a lot of coming and going. People drop in to talk about plots or projects. We’ve been in this specific spot for a good while now. It’s easy to get to once you know which lane to turn into. The staff here mostly takes the bus or rides bikes to get to work. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing, even with the ITC connection. We just focus on the job at hand in our corner of Gurgaon. It’s a busy life but we like being right there in Patel Nagar where the action is. We just keep our files in order and handle the daily tasks without making much noise.
